LaShawn Routé Chatmon will present the Welcoming Address at The HOPE Foundation's Failure Is Not an Option® Best Practices Institute on October 14-17, 2008, in San Jose, CA. The Institute will focus on the best practices worldwide for engaging all learners and creating and sustaining learning communities based on the Failure Is Not an Option® process.
