BayCES coaches coaching programs.
Over the past 10 years, BayCES has developed an advanced set of curricular materials and methods for developing and training CBO or district-based coaches for educational equity.

Our highly experienced coaches provide:
o Coaching methodology and tools for school improvement.
o Coaching skills for facilitating productive collaboration and continuous learning in culturally diverse settings.
o Coaching philosophy based in equity and social justice.

We provide support for developing coaching programs at multi-day workshops or via long-term contracts.
