Our experience includes management of conversions from comprehensive high and middle schools into both new autonomous schools and smaller learning communities. We have led new K-12 school creation efforts at both the school and central office levels. Data and evaluations of our new small school efforts demonstrate improved outcomes in achievement tests, attendance, retention, graduation, and teacher and family satisfaction.
